Side Entry Doors
Other than the main entry automatic double doors, homeowners can enter/exit the building via several other doorways.
The first is via the drive in from Dane Road using your apartment key.
The second is via the pathway from Marine Parade using your apartment key.
The third is via the automatic door to the mobility scooter room using your key fob.
All the other doorways are locked and can only be opened from the inside of the building for access.
They are:-
•doorway next to the main entrance,
•doorway between the kitchen and dining room but only to the stairs and not to the ground floor corridor,
•doorway to the refuse room for the refuse collectors,
•doorways from the lounge onto the patio,
•doorways from the dining room onto the patio,
•doorway from the kitchen for kitchen staff only,
•doorways from the five ground floor apartments.
