Val B Eversley Court I used my mobile online and found it very useful to check my devices. I had to correct the date on my heating Timeswitch. I switched my heating off as I was using my room heater, but when I switched it on again it wasn't heating up. Why not? The heat isn't instantaneous it takes about half an hour to heat the carpeted areas. Have you checked the heating troubleshooting guide?

Margaret R Eversley Court I found the website very easy to navigate and managed to reset the timer for the hot water to come on during the Economy 7 period, this is what I wanted to do after an electrician had been to the apartment to fit a Smart Meter which meant that he had to turn off the electricity supply which in turn altered all the timings that had been set. Once again David, many thanks for all the hard work and expertise that you did in setting up this website for helping all the Residents to understand how everything works in the apartments. My pleasure
