The communal lounge is available for all homeowners and their visitors to use. It has several lounge seats, sofas and coffee tables to enjoy a relaxing time. 

At one end there is a large TV with additional speakers and video connection. There is a selection of videos that individuals can play/borrow.

Also available is a selection of books that individuals can borrow as well. 

At the other end is a hot water dispenser plus instant coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc., for individuals to make for themselves.
