Red Pull Cords
Every apartment has red pull cords strategically placed around their apartments and also around the communal areas of Eversley Court.
When an alarm call is initiated by the red pull cord of the Tunstall Call equipment nearest to you, or by pressing the red call button, it will generate a voice call and initiate communication between you and the staff on duty.

Additionally, every resident has a personal radio trigger alarm which can be worn on their person.
When pressed the communication will go through to the equipment in your apartment.
However, if it was pressed whilst you were outside your apartment in the car park or garden it will still ring in your apartment, but with no answer, the staff on duty will take time to establish your location to deal with your emergency.
