Eversley Court is an ‘Assisted Living’ (Retirement Living Plus) complex which allows you to live independently.
You live in a one or two bedroomed self-contained apartment, which you own, with your own front door. If you have a partner one of you has to be 70 years of age or over. Staff are available up to 24 hours per day for emergencies. The staff provide care for those that have arranged care packages. These are tailored to you and can include help with washing, dressing, going to the toilet and taking medication. Domestic help such as shopping, laundry and meals delivered to your apartment may also be provided.
Eversley Court is one of about 500 (Retirement Living Plus) developments built and owned by
McCarthy Stone. This development is located on the coast at Seaford between Brighton and Eastbourne. It is a six-storey cream coloured building built on the site of the demolished Beachcomber Pub.
