The kitchen window is operated electronically.  The hinge is at the top and the window glides open at the bottom.  To operate the window the fused switch has to be on.  Press and hold the top of the oblong button which will open the window to a maximum of 10".  To close the window press and hold the bottom of the oblong button. 

At the time of construction your apartment had the following large electrical equipment (white goods) fitted in the kitchen - fridge freezer, oven, cooker hood and cooker hob. 

You are responsible for the upkeep of these items. 

Some homeowners may have replaced these items for different makes. 

Other electrical equipment items have been installed by homeowners at their expense.

These include – washer/dryer, dish washer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, etc. 



Two other switch controls are located on one of the walls.  One is marked as 'dishwasher' ready for connection when you install one.  The other is blank for whatever device you want to install.
