Entry Control Unit
When you come to the double doors, on your left is the door entry control unit.
Visitors can either call the Manager or an apartment number.
They have to press ‘CLEAR’ to initiate the action, then press the apartment number followed by ‘CALL’.
If they don’t know the apartment number pressing ‘CALL’ takes them straight through to the Manager.
Either a homeowner or the manager will communicate with them.
Homeowners press their key fob against the key symbol. The red light switches to a green light and the double doors open.
