This has to be ordered a week in advance. The choice of meals repeats every four weeks and the 4-week set of meals is changed every four months. The cost of the meals shown in the table above is at 1st November 2023. 

If a homeowner takes ill the meal can be delivered on a tray to the apartment. A delivery charge is made only if the delivery is on a regular basis by a member of staff. 

The cost of preparing the meal including staff, kitchen equipment, energy, etc. is included in the regular service charge. Special meals provided on specific days like Christmas, New Year, Easter are charged at a higher rate.  Homeowners can also request catering to celebrate their own function for a fee. 

The charges are monthly.
