A laundry room is available for residents to wash and dry their own clothes.

Four washing machines (3 x Bosh Varioperfect, 1 x Hisense) and three tumble dryers (Bosch Classixx 7) are available.

A fifth large washing machine (GIRBAU HS-6008), and operated by staff, is also available but this is mainly used for large bedclothes especially soiled ones. 

There is a hand sink with hot and cold running water. An ironing board and steam iron are available for homeowners’ use. 

NOTE There are others waiting to use these machines. Please don’t leave your laundry unattended in the machines. As soon as the programme has ended, laundry (dry or not) will be removed if the machine is required.

Timing of some settings can be unreliable. Therefore, set for a fixed time and check before end time is due. 

To de-activate a childproof lock, find the programme that activated it in the first place, then hold the start button for several seconds until it bleeps clear.

To use the spin without a rinse, on setting up press the Aqua Plus button which will stop the rinse and complete the cycle in 13 Minutes.
